Is there a pudding diet??
So every day I am on a diet…it seems that there is always something there to save me! Some days it’s egg beaters…another day it’s the dog taking me for a big walk…other times it’s Lean Cuisine. But today…it was Jell-o sugar free pudding. Oh thank goodness for it! I have to admit…I struggled a bit today and still somehow came out smelling like roses (or chocolate pudding rather).
I was craving sweets SO badly, and just had to have THREE….yes THREE jello puddings today. One at lunch, and two while watching the new episode of “True Blood” tonite on HBO!
It’s pathetic, but I’ve done it! LOL! Definitely surprised myself when I looked at my totals. Carbs are super duper pooper high today…but I’m just going for the low fat/low cal diet anyways! I ended up at 1014 calories and only 10.1 grams of fat!!! I was shocked! I found some great new products at the grocery store and overall did AMAZING! A calorie deficit of -1421!!!
I honestly couldn’t have done this well so far without Buddyslim helping me out! I am just totally euphoric about how positive I feel about this diet! Like it can REALLY be done!
Ruby (my dog) and I went for a nice 1 mile walk (I’m guessing…new pedometer hasn’t arrived yet) around the local college campus. It’s really beautiful in the evening…so that wasn’t bad for a bit of exercise!
